Wow!!!! The world must be coming to an end. Nor really, but I had 2 finishes this week.
Finish #1 YELLOW Brick Road this is a fun quilt to do.
I did this quilt as a store sample for my local quilt shop for our beginning quilting class.
I also taught it to my granddaughters, ages 10 and 8 via video chat thanks to all of the covid stuff.
I have taught this class 2 times and have more classes scheduled.
Pattern:. Yellow Brick Road by Atkinson designs. Fabric:. Waverly-. Found this in a fat quarter bundle at Walmart.
Quilting:. Done by me. The body is a free motion meander and the borders were feathers inside an arc.
Thread:. Isacord color 0170
Batting:. Warm and Natural.
2nd finish:
Corn Maze by Poppie Cotton
This is also a sample for my local quilt shop. I will be teaching this one in August and September.
This is a really fun quilt to make and I love the open areas for some fun quilting designs. This quilt has various quilting designs, showing just how much fun you can have with it. The background areas has feathers all over the place.
The fabrics are a variety from my local quilt shop and thread is Isacord color 0170 and batting is Warm and Natural.
Thank you for taking time to visit me today. I hope to have another finish before the weekend is over.
